Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you very much for your orders. Neko Fresh is very much concerned about our customer’s satisfaction.

 

For general merchandise, if customers are not satisfied or may be changed of mind. We are pleased to offer exchange or refund items with a receipt and in its original package within 7 days of in-store purchase or 14 days of online purchase delivery. For fresh food or frozen food, please note we do not accept any exchange or return due to food safe requirements. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased on www.nekofresh.com, you can simply bring the items and invoice to our physical store, our staff will be happy to assist you. If you wish to return or exchange any items by mail, please submit your request by clicking the button below.
